McDonald's Outsourcing..It's Worse Than You Think

McDonald's is now thinking about outsourcing their drive throughs. Instead of some pimply person at the actual McDonald's you are at saying "Can I take your order?", there will be some pimply person hundreds of miles away from you saying "Can I take your order?". Now, is that really necessary? Honestly, how can that be more effective?
